Edmonton International Airport is the airport of Edmonton. It is the fifth largest airport in Canada.
Your Canadian adventure begins at Edmonton International Airport (YEG), which is located 30 km south of the city. At the airport you can immediately pick up your rental car, board the SunDog Tours shuttle to Jasper National Park and, of course, continue your journey to Edmonton. If you want to use public transportation, take bus 747. From this bus line you can transfer to the local bus network and the light rail network. By public transport you will travel to the city center in about 1.5 hours. By rental car, cab or Uber it will take you about 40 minutes.
In addition, Edmonton International Airport has a comprehensive sustainability policy, read more about it on our Sustainability and Climate page.
